Great Win but…..
The Steelers played a great game last night against the Chargers beating them 24-22! That’s the good news. The bad news is Ben Roethlisberger took a shot to his left knee on the final drive of the game. I’ve been perusing the Steeler’s main website and my Dad tells me the Pittsburgh media is reporting a bruised knee. I’m glad to hear that he didn’t tear a ligament, or break anything.
Coach Cowher says the starting QB will be announced on gameday. I’m sure he doesn’t want to rush Big Ben back onto the field, but this is also a tactic to make Jville wonder who is starting. I honestly would rather Ben take the week off and be 100% than risk a season ending injury.
